What we build

We work on homes people intend to stay in. Every project is planned around how the house is lived in, and finished to a standard you notice in the details.

Full renovation

Whole-house refurbishment: rewiring, replumbing, replastering and new finishes, managed as one coordinated programme.

Strip-out to final fix

Extensions

Single and double-storey rear and side extensions, including steelwork, glazing and the structural opening into the existing house.

    Weekly updates on site, with one person accountable throughout.

    A room-by-room snagging walk-round and certificates in hand.
